Fitness Assessment
A Fitness Assessment is a 60-minute meeting with a Personal Trainer who will help you maximize the benefits of your training program. During the assessment you will discuss your desired health and fitness outcomes and learn processes for accomplishing them. If in person, a strength and cardio endurance assessment will be performed to establish your baseline fitness level with a fitness professional.
